Classroom Video System (CVS) Project for Digital Recording in Rooms 115, 125, 225, 235
Starting in the Fall of 2008 regularly scheduled classes in Room 115, 125, 225 and 235 will be digitally recorded, using the Classroom Video System (CVS), instead of VHS tapes. Students will watch streamed videos instead of tapes. To request a class be recorded or to view a video, open Online Videotaping Request Forms, log in, and follow the appropriate link. (Requests are still subject to current instructors' videotaping policies.) Students may use computers in the AV Room 130 in the library to view streams, or may borrow headphones at the Circulation Desk, or use their own headphones, to view videos with their laptops. If you have questions regarding video-playing software on your laptop, or using the CVS request form, please contact Darlene Kaskie or Jeremy Grasby (by e-mail: Computer Support Staff; in person: AV Room 130 of the law library; or by phone:319-335-9037).
