The Law Library's Interlibrary Loan department supports the research needs of students and faculty in the College of Law by borrowing materials from other libraries upon request.
Photocopy and Interlibrary Loan Policy This page outlines the College of Law Library policy regarding the availability of photocopies of materials owned by the Law Library for non-law community users.
Iowa Judges, Attorneys, State Agencies The Law Library will fill requests for photocopies of legal materials from Iowa judges and attorneys and from Iowa state agencies. Charges will be invoiced. Contact the Special Services Department by telephone, fax, or e-mail.
Libraries Libraries should use standard interlibrary loan procedures when requesting photocopies of materials from our collection. Copies may be requested via OCLC, or Ariel, or by ALA form. Charges are outlined below.
University Community Photocopy machines are located in the Law Library. For those who do not wish to do their own photocopying, the library will facilitate photocopying by Copy Center 10, which is located in the Boyd Law Building. Please contact the Copy Center for applicable charges.
Copyright Photocopies will be provided only in compliance with U.S. Copyright laws.

Iowa Patrons $10 per item + $.15 per page + First Class postage
FAX: $10 per item + $.15 per page for copying + $.50 per page for faxing
Out of State Patrons $20 per item + $.15 per page + First Class postage
