LAW FACULTY COPYNG AND FACULTY RA COPYING AND PRINTING IN THE LAW LIBRARY

Copying
The Copicards that faculty use to operate the law school copiers no longer work in the law library.

The Ricoh copiers in the library are accessed via a touchpad and the use of one's HawkID and password. For copies using a law school account, the faculty member must login and two choices will be presented - a personal account and a law school account. When a faculty member chooses the law school account, the copies will be accounted for on a monthly basis through the Dean's office, just as they have been in the past.

For personal copies, purchase a "top-up" card at the circulation desk and then follow the instructions on the card for redeeming the value. The PaperCut website may be accessed at any time to check a personal balance or redeem cards. Once logged on the copier, one may choose the personal account instead of the law school account to make personal copies. Copies are $.10 per page.

Faculty RA Copying and Printing
Faculty RAs use the same PaperCut system for personal and faculty RA printouts and copies. To set up a faculty RA account, send an e-mail with the RA's HawkID to Apryl Betts and she will set up the RA account. To purchase printing and copying, please send an Inter-Departmental Requisition to the law library for the amount of money authorized for that faculty RA. If you have more than one RA, send all RA HawkIDs to Apryl and the RAs will share the same faculty RA copying and printing account. Law faculty may combine the amounts for printing and copying on one requisition, since the funds are transferred into one shared printing and copying account.
