	Africana Conference Paper Index AFRC is an index to individual papers from Africana conference proceedings that are held by the Melville J. Herskovits Library of African Studies at Northwestern University. Covers 56,000 individual conference papers published in Western European languages from 1982 to the present.

	America: History and Life Focuses on the history and culture of the United States and Canada from prehistory to the present. 	American Bibliography of Slavic and East European Studies (ABSEES) ABSEES indexes books, journals, dissertations, and other materials published in North America that examine the anthropology, culture, arts, economics, education, and geography of East-Central and Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. Coverage extends back as far as 1939 for some publications, but coverage varies by title.
	American Broadsides and Ephemera, Series I Based on the American Antiquarian Society's collection, this fully searchable database contains digitized images of broadsides printed between 1820 and 1900 and ephemera printed between 1760 and 1900. The collection contains a wide variety of materials including contemporary accounts of the Civil War, autobiographies, town meeting reports, advertisements, playbills, stock certificates, and criminal confessions.
	American State Papers, 1789-1838 This searchable, digitized collection contains the legislative and executive documents of Congress from 1789-1838. These primary source materials provide insights into significant events in American history and are considered the precursor to the U.S. Congressional Serial Set.
	Arbitration Law Online This resource provides electronic access to a variety of general and country specific international commercial arbitration and dispute resolution titles. It contains laws, treaties, decisions, journals, books and a roster of arbitrators. Title List (PDF)
	ArchivesUSA Indexes the holdings of more than 150,000 archival repositories and primary source collections in the United States. Its use is restricted to one researcher at a time, who may be bumped off after 15 minutes if another UI searcher begins a search. Includes the entire collection of the National Union Catalog of Manuscript Collections since 1959 and finding aids published in ProQuest UMI’s microfiche series.
	Art Full Text Provides indexing of periodicals since 1984, abstracts since 1994, and full text access since 1997. Includes periodicals, yearbooks, and museum bulletins in English and other Western European languages, and covers a broad subject range. In addition to articles, Art Full Text indexes reproductions of works of art that appear in indexed periodicals. 	Associations Unlimited Provides information on 456,000 international and domestic associations with data drawn from the Encyclopedia of Associations and IRS information on non-profit organizations.
	ATLA Religion Database + ATLAS Contains Religion Index One, an index to journal literature in religion since 1949; Religion Index Two, an index to multi-author works such as Festschriften, conference proceedings, and volumes of collected articles and essays since 1960; and the Index to Book Reviews in Religion. The ATLAS component provides access to the full text of over 50 journals that are indexed by the ATLA Religion Database.

	Bibliography of Early American Law (BEAL) A finding aid for locating resources that discuss American law and American legal development since the beginning of American history through 1860, regardless of the language or place of publication. It also includes selected works on foreign, comparative and international law that were published in the United States. Includes more than 14,000 citations to a wide variety of information sources including treatises, commentaries, digests, lectures, biographies, administrative and legislative proceedings, legal manuals, and more. 	Canadian Human Rights Reporter Provides full text, electronic access to reported and unreported decisions from volume 1, 1980 to the current year. It is searchable by year, jurisdiction, adjudicator, or keywords.
	Cardiff Index to Legal Abbreviations Find the full title of an English language legal publication, including those covering international and comparative law, by entering an abbreviation. The database mainly covers law reports and legal periodicals, but some legislative publications and major textbooks are also included.
	Casetrack Contains full text judgments from the U.K. Court of Appeals since 1996, Administrative Court since 1996, High Court since 1998, Employment Appeal Tribunal since 1998, and VAT Tribunal since 2002. Registration is free for academic users.
	Catalog of U.S. Government Publications A finding tool for electronic and print publications from the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of the U.S. government. The records currently date from July 1976 to the present. Search for U.S. governmental publications by agency, title, subject, or keyword. Use the advanced search for more searching options. 	CCH Tax Research NetWork Contains federal and state CCH tax materials including codes, regulations, forms, IRS letter rulings, and current news. Includes electronic versions of the U.S. Master Tax Guide, Federal Estate and Gift Tax Reporter, and more.
	Checkpoint RIA A web-based research tool for tax and accounting information. 	Chicano Database A comprehensive index for locating information on Mexican-Americans. Coverage typically extends from the 1960s to the present, but dates back to the early 1900s for selected materials. Since 1992, it has included resources on the broader Latino experience, including Puerto Ricans, Cuban Americans, and Central American immigrants.
	China Academic Journals (CAJ): Literature/History/Philosophy This full text collection of journal articles published in China covers 126 subject areas. Coverage usually dates back to 1994 but extends back as far as 1979 for selected titles. Coverage
	Columbia International Affairs Online (CIAO) Includes a wide range of international affairs scholarship generated since 1991 including working papers from university research institutes, occasional papers series from NGOs, foundation funded research projects, proceedings from conferences, books, journals and policy briefs. 	Congressional Research Service Digital Collection The Congressional Research Service provides Congressional members, committees, and staff with nonpartisan, objective research and analysis on a variety of public policy issues. A digital collection of their reports from 1916 present is searchable through LexisNexis Congressional by clicking on the Advanced Search tab within that interface.
	Constitutions of the Countries of the World Online Contains full text, English language translations for the constitutions of 192 countries.
	CQ Electronic Library A full text resource for researching American government, politics, public policy, and current affairs. Information is divided into collections, including one on Congress and another on the Supreme Court. It also includes electronic versions of the CQ Researcher, CQ Almanac, the Political Handbook of the World, and other CQ titles.
	Current Index to Legal Periodicals (CILP) This topical index to over 500 legal publications is published weekly by the University of Washington Gallagher Law Library. Title List

	Dissertations and Theses at CIC Institutions Provides full text access to dissertations from Committee on Institutional Cooperation universities since 1997. The CIC includes the University of Iowa, University of Chicago, University of Illinois, Indiana University, University of Michigan, Michigan State University, University of Minnesota, Northwestern University, Ohio State University, Pennsylvania State University, Purdue University, and University of Wisconsin-Madison. 	Early American Imprints, Series I: Evans, 1639-1800 This collection of full text materials covers every aspect of life in 17th- and 18th-century America including agriculture, auctions, foreign affairs, literature, music, religion, temperance, and witchcraft.
	Early American Newspapers, Series I, 1690-1876 Provides searchable, full text access to articles and images from over 700 historical American newspapers. Based largely on Clarence Brigham's History and Bibliography of American Newspapers, 1690-1820, it focuses on papers that began publication before 1820.
	EBSCOhost A collection of databases including the ATLA Religion Database, ERIC, EconLit, and others that provide indexing and full text access to scholarly journals in the social sciences, humanities, general science, multicultural studies, education, and more.
	Early English Books Online (EEBO) Contains digitized versions of virtually every work printed in English from 1473-1700 and contains over 100,000 titles listed in Pollard & Redgrave's Short-Title Catalogue, 1475-1640 and Wing's Short-Title Catalogue, 1641-1700. 	Foreign Broadcast Information Service Electronic Index Indexes the FBIS daily reports issued by the U.S. government from 1975-1996. Drawn from translations of foreign broadcasts, newspapers, government statements, and other sources, these reports cover political, economic, scientific, and cultural issues and events throughout the world.
	Foreign Law Guide: Current Sources of Codes and Basic Legislation in Jurisdictions of the World Often referred to as Reynolds and Flores, this online service provides complete bibliographic citations to the official sources of foreign laws and alerts researchers to English translations of foreign codes, laws, and other relevant materials. Selected references to secondary resources published in English are also included.
	Foreign Relations of the United States (FRUS) This series is the official documentary history of U.S. foreign policy. This digital collection from the University of Wisconsin contains an incomplete run of the FRUS from 1861 to 1960. Additional volumes are available through the Department of State website or HeinOnline.
	FRANCIS A multilingual resource covering international scholarly literature in the humanities, social sciences, and economics. Covers articles, books and other documents published since 1984. Citation descriptions appear in both English and French while most abstracts are in English.
	Gallica, Bibliotheque Numerique de la Bibliotheque Nationale de France A collection of digitized periodicals, texts, audio files, images, and other materials from the collections of the National Library of France.
	GenderWatch Includes abstracts and full text coverage of academic journals, newsletters, magazines, regional publications, and government reports that support gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender (GLBT) studies as well as gender and women's studies.
	Gerontological Society of America Journals Contains all of the journals published by the Gerontological Society of America. Full text coverage is available from January 2000-present; abstracts from February 1989-December 1999; tables of contents from September 1965-December 1988.
	Global Development Finance (GDF) Online Contains statistics for the 135 countries that report public and publicly-guaranteed debt to the World Bank Debtor Reporting System. Includes data on over 200 debt and financial indicators since 1970.
	Global Jurist Contains PDF images of the Global Jurist journal from 2001-present.
	Global Legal Information Network (GLIN) A searchable database of the laws, regulations, and other complementary legal sources from countries around the world. Documents are contributed by member governments from the original, official legal texts and are maintained on a server presently located at the U.S. Library of Congress. 	Government Gazettes of South Africa Provides full text access to the Government Gazettes from 1994 to the present. Search for regulations, proclamations, and notices by date, gazette number, or keywords.
	Handbook of Latin American Studies This bibliography on Latin America has been published since 1936. Scholars select the materials to be included and author the annotations. Annual coverage alternates between the social sciences and the humanities. Search Guide

Federal Register Library Consists of the digitized Federal Register since 1936, the Federal Register Indexes since 1939, and the CFR’s Lists/Compilations of Sections Affected dating back to 1949. Foreign & International Law Resources Database (HeinOnline) This collection provides access to international yearbooks and periodicals, law digests, and decisions from international tribunals. Foreign Relations of the United States (HeinOnline) The official historical record of major U.S. foreign policy decisions and significant diplomatic activity. The series began in 1861 during the Lincoln administration and Hein’s full-text coverage currently extends through 1976. The University of Wisconsin and Department of State also provide electronic access to some volumes in the series. Harvard Research in International Law (HeinOnline) A digitalized version of Harvard Research in International Law, a series of draft international conventions originally published in the American Journal of International Law between 1929 and 1939. The collection also provides access to the series Contemporary Analysis and Appraisal, which analyzes the basis of the proposed conventions and their continuing impact today. Legal Classics (HeinOnline) This full text collection of more than 1,000 classic legal works may be searched or browsed by author, title, or subject. Manual of Patent Examining Procedure (HeinOnline) Hein is digitizing all eight editions of this title, though currently only the 8th edition is complete. The original publication for each edition can be viewed, as can each revision issued for that edition. Users can also view the completely interfiled version of each edition. New York Court of Appeals Records and Briefs (HeinOnline) Contains coverage from 1 NY3d. Future releases will include retrospective coverage and new records and briefs as they are published. Philip C. Jessup Library (HeinOnline) Contains problems, winning memorials, official rules, competition results, and judges’ briefs, when available. The collection dates back to 1960. Session Laws (HeinOnline) Includes the session laws of all 50 U.S. states, as well as the Canadian and Australian Acts of Parliament, typically from the year 2000 through the present. Treaties and Agreements Library (HeinOnline) Contains 18,000 indexed records of treaties and agreements to which the United States has been a party. U.S. Presidential Library (HeinOnline) Includes the Messages and Papers of the Presidents, Public Papers of the Presidents, CFR Title 3 (Presidents), Weekly Compilation of Presidential Documents, and a variety of other titles related to U.S. Presidents. U.S. Statutes at Large (HeinOnline) Provides complete coverage of the Statutes at Large. 	IBZ Online (Internationale Bibliographie der geistes- und sozialwissenschaftlichen Zeitschriftenliteratur Online) An international, interdisciplinary bibliography of periodical literature published since 1896. The search interface and subject classification are available in English or German.
	IDZ - Index of German Journals 1750-1815 Contains 100,000 bibliographic records representing articles published in 195 journals between 1750-1815. The search interface is in English. Search Guide

	IndexMaster This resource allows you to search across the indexes and tables of contents from thousands of legal treatises and other secondary materials published by a variety of large and small publishers.
	Index to Early American Periodicals Consists of three indexes that collectively cover the years 1741 to 1935 and are thought to include all known periodical publications that had their inception and ending during this time period. 	National Technical Information Service (NTIS) The National Technical Information Service is a federal agency that collects technical, scientific, business, health, and social sciences research materials produced by the U.S. government, foreign governments, and other organizations throughout the world. The NTIS database allows you to search summaries of these items from 1964 to the present, with some materials dating back to the late 1940s.
	New Electronic Titles: A GPO Access Finding Aid NET includes full text publications recently released by the U.S. government on topics such as health, environment, education, consumer guides, business statistics, foreign affairs, government information and social policy.

	Parliament Rolls of Medieval England, 1275-1504 The rolls of parliament were the official records of the meetings of the English parliament from the reign of Edward I from 1272-1307 until the reign of Henry VII from 1485-1509. The rolls were first edited and published in 1783 in six folio volumes entitled Rotuli Parliamentorum (RP) under the general editorship of the Reverend John Strachey. This new edition reproduces the rolls edited in RP in their entirety, plus those subsequently published by Cole, Maitland, and Richardson and Sayles. It also includes a substantial amount of material never previously published, together with a full translation of all the texts from the three languages used by the medieval clerks (Latin, Anglo-Norman and Middle English).
