The Journal of Corporation Law is oldest and the second highest ranked student-edited corporate law journal in the United States. JCL maintains a broad base of subscribers that includes every accredited law school in the United States and two-thirds of the one hundred largest law firms in the country. Most federal courts and agencies also subscribe to JCL, including the Securities Exchange Commission and the National Labor Relations Board.
JCL is the most-cited student-published legal periodical specializing in corporate law. The United States Supreme Court, state, federal district, and appellate courts have cited articles published in JCL. JCL has also been referred to several times in the Congressional Testimony by the Federal Document Clearing House.
