The Journal of Corporation Law welcomes the submission of manuscripts by practitioners and scholars. Each submission will be evaluated separately. The decision to publish is vested solely in the student editorial staff. TheJournal of Corporation Law does not accept submissions from students other than the Notes submitted by our current student writers.

All manuscripts submitted to JCL must be typed and the citations must conform to A Uniform System of Citation (18th. ed. 2005) and Texas Law Review Manual on Usage & Style. JCL requests that manuscripts be double-spaced with one-inch margins and footnotes. Submissions may be sent by mail to the address found on the Contact Information page. Submissions may also be sent via email, preferably in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat format.

The Journal of Corporation Law is published four times yearly: Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer. Please feel free to contact the offices of the Journal of Corporation Law with any questions regarding submissions.
