Please observe the following requirements for your submission:

(1) All citations should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005).

(2) Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format. 

(3) Submissions from J.D. candidates not on the Review are not considered for publication.

(4) Book reviews are not considered for publication.

(5) Manuscripts cannot be returned, except on receipt of $3.00 for postage and handling.

The Iowa Law Review does not have a maximum page requirement. Although the length of the manuscript may be a factor we consider in the selection process, we encourage authors to submit manuscripts of any length.
