Alianza seeks to promote viable changes within existing legal institutions in order to develop constructive legal and community programs, produce competent and effective Latino and Latina attorneys, and utilize available resources. These developments are necessary to safeguard and advance the rights and opportunities of all oppressed people. To fulfill these goals, Alianza recruits for the law school. Alianza also is involved in the initiation of a course on immigration and naturalization law that affects all racial and ethnic groups.
