Print and Mail Application
Step 1: Fill out and mail the completed application [pdf], along with your personal statement and application fee of $40 to:

1) Official transcripts from schools identified in Part B of the application and

Apply on the Web
Step 1: Complete the online application [pdf] and e-mail to hubbard-fellows@uiowa.edu. Submit your personal statement as a Word or WordPerfect file to hubbard-fellows@uiowa.edu (please scan for viruses).
Step 2: Mail the application fee of $40 to:

Application Period
The application period is from January 3-March 19. Complete application materials must be received by March 19.
