MISSION
To study the changing needs and problems of women in the legal profession, and develop, recommend and implement new programs with particular emphasis upon the needs of women at the University of Iowa College of Law.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

  • American Civil Liberties Union
    • Legal internship opportunities for 1st and 2nd year students, including the Women's Rights Project, Reproductive Freedom Project, and Racial Justice Project.
    • Fellowship opportunities for 3rd year and recent graudates, including the Women's Rights Project and Reproductive Freedom Project.
  • National Women's Law Center
    • A non-profit legal advocacy organization that works to advance the rights of women, particularly the rights of low-income women and girls.
    • Summer internships for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year students.
    • A non-profit public interest organization that works in impact litigation, legislation, and information & referral services to advance the legal rights of women.
