“During my internship, I wrote a motion for federal court as part of a disability rights case, I did research on New York City's School Construction Authority for an environmental justice case, and I participated in a protest outside a hospital that was not providing Spanish translation services even though it had received a government grant to do so. I could not have participated in this unpaid internship (in one of the most expensive cities in the country) without funding from the Equal Justice Foundation; thank you EJF!!”
