The University of Iowa College of Law's Career Services Office provides personalized career and life planning, strategic networking, experiential learning programs and job search assistance to law students and alumni.
Employers consistently report that Iowa students demonstrate a keen work ethic to support their rigorous education. During a typical year, representatives of nearly 200 law firms, corporations, government agencies, and courts visit Iowa City to conduct job interviews. Even more consider Iowa students through off-campus recruiting programs in Chicago, New York City, Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles.

Career Services uses the Symplicity Career Services Management (CSM) System to manage its on-campus interview program, post job listings, and advertise programs.
Hours of Operation
The Career Services Office is open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (CST) Monday through Friday. Our office is closed on weekends and University holidays.
Campus Location
The Office of Career Services is located in the Dean's Suite, Room 299, of the Boyd Law Building.
