NOTE:

Existing policies of the federal armed services limit employment opportunities on the basis of sexual orientation in violation of the College of Law's Policy on Equality of Opportunity and Employment Practices. The Office of Career Services provides access to military recruiters because federal law currently makes contrary action a basis for terminating certain federal grants for necessary forms of student financial aid. A fuller explanation of these circumstances appears at http://www.uiowa.edu/~lawcoll/careerservices/military.php .
