Save the Date: Law Reunion Day– October 18, 2008*
The 2008 Law Reunion Day will be October 18, 2008.  The following classes are invited to participate in this program: 1963, 1968, 1973, 1978, 1983, 1988, 1993, 1998 and all classes celebrating more than 50 years. We are eager to get classes organized for this weekend and to start planning class-specific events.  Classes wishing to participate in this reunion program should e-mail us at law-alum-info@uiowa.edu.  (If your class is not listed and you are interested in organizing an event, please contact us too - we will be happy to include you in the weekend). For administrative purposes, class committees must be formed by July 1, 2008.

The day’s College of Law-sponsored programs will include:

• The Law School Auction (Friday, October 17 at hotelVetro)
• A pre-game cookout (Saturday, October 18 at the Boyd Law Building)
• An all-classes reception (Saturday, October 18 at the Old Capitol Museum) 

Football Tickets
Iowa will host Wisconsin in football (for more information on tickets, please see http://hawkeyesports.cstv.com/tickets/iowa-tickets-footbl.html; the College of Law will have a limited number of tickets available to reunion attendees, which it will make available when registration opens later this summer). 

Class-Specific Events
For any class interested in planning class-specific dinners and/or cocktail receptions, please contact law-alum-info@uiowa.edu.  The College of Law is willing to help with the planning, but we need input from individual class leaders.  We will need to know this information on or before July 1, 2008, so that we can include in the invitation and registration process.

Registration
Registration for reunion events will open in late summer.  At that time, we will make football tickets available for purchase to reunion attendees as well as access to a block of rooms at the Coralville Marriott (individual payment to be made directly to the hotel).  There is no cost to attend College of Law-sponsored events, however, class-specific events may require a payment.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to e-mail us at law-alum-info@uiowa.edu.

We are always happy to entertain visits from our alumni.  Should you not be able to return for the reunion rogram, we hope you find an opportunity to return soon.  We always enjoy seeing alumni recruiting during the Early Bird Interview Week, for various programs throughout the year, and during pre-game cookouts every fall.   We also host a number of alumni events throughout the country during the year to meet with alumni and keep them aware of the state of the College of Law.
