The Delaware-Iowa Connection

The Delaware Supreme Court hasn’t moved to Iowa. Sometimes it just seems that way. Every spring, the University of Iowa College of Law hosts key members of the Delaware’s judiciary and legal community to explore and discuss corporate governance law, fiduciary law and other issues in business law.

This fall Harvard University Press will publish Professor Herb Hovenkamp’s new book The Antitrust Enterprise: Principle and Execution. This book was the subject of the Journal of Corporation Law’s spring symposium of the same name that attracted antitrust scholars from around the country.

The Iowa Coalition Against Domestic Violence (ICADV) MUNA Legal Clinic in Des Moines and the University of Iowa College of Law are collaborating to teach students skills to serve immigrant survivors of domestic abuse.
